Erin McAndrews joined YCCF’s communications department as its new Communications Coordinator, primarily supporting the Embracing Aging and TroveStreet® initiatives. Erin is also the founder and Managing Director of the Stewartstown Night Market & Christmas Market in Southern York County. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Virginia Tech and has over 5 years of experience in the field.

“Erin’s energy and flare for creativity are a wonderful fit for sharing the work of the Foundation’s Embracing Aging and TroveStreet® initiatives,” shared Vice President of Communications & Culture, Sarah Thomas. “Her addition to the team strengthens our ability to share the value YCCF brings to our community.”

Donnyce Younger joins YCCF as its new Grants Administrative Coordinator to help streamline operations, facilitate effective communication, and drive organizational success in the grants department. Donnyce is currently completing a business marketing degree and has over eight years of experience as an administrative assistant.

“Donnyce is a wonderful addition to our grants team. She brings a depth of administrative experience and a strong commitment to customer service. Lauren Gentzler is YCCF’s new Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, Lauren will work closely with YCCF’s President & CEO, Natalee C. Gunderson to maintain day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and cultivate positive connections between clients and staff; all while supporting key initiatives that drive YCCF’s mission forward.  Lauren enjoys volunteer opportunities and is excited about contributing to the meaningful work YCCF does to support the many causes she cares about. Balancing her professional role with being a parent brings Lauren a sense of purpose and fulfillment to everything she does.

“Lauren has excelled in maintaining office operations and providing courteous and timely responses to our clients and donors. Her ability to instantly build rapport with staff and visitors alike is a tremendous asset to our organization and to our goal of providing quality service and support to everyone in our community,” shared Meredith Schreffler, Vice President of Finance & Operations.
