Working Together to Create a Vibrant York County
Grant funding priorities are based on community needs identified through research and planning. Together, the Community Foundation partners with volunteer committees and generous donors to establish and manage funds to fuel transformation through impactful grant awards. Grant proposals may be solicited or requested through our grant application process or by developing strategic partnerships that advance our goals.
