People Thriving

YCCF transforms lives and our community by helping low-income children, individuals and families achieve lasting financial security. We want children to have what they need to achieve, that adults overcome barriers to economic mobility and sustain good-paying jobs, and that people live in places that support them and help them build financial security.

Embracing Aging

YCCF’s Embracing Aging initiative strives to create a community that is a safe, welcoming, appropriate and adaptable place to age by improving attitudes around one’s own aging and senior adults as a group, to increase understanding and caring about the needs and perspectives of all ages.

Racial Equity

YCCF is dedicated to taking the necessary steps toward advancing racial equity in our community. Our vision is that York County is a growing, prosperous, and united community where all have unsurpassed opportunities to thrive. Learn more about our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and ending racial disparities in our community.

Early Childhood Education

YCCF is focusing our grantmaking on helping lower-income people achieve economic mobility. Quality childcare is critical to a child’s development and to a parent’s ability to sustain employment so the whole family can thrive.
