YCCF is excited to welcome Meredith Schreffler as its new Vice President of Finance & Operations.

(York, PA, August 1, 2022) – The York County Community Foundation (YCCF) is excited to welcome Meredith Schreffler as its new Vice President of Finance & Operations.

In this role, Meredith will advance the mission of the Community Foundation primarily by retaining the confidence of its stakeholders by ensuring good stewardship of the funds entrusted to the Foundation, growing endowment for future generations, and sustaining high-caliber customer service.  She will also lead the Finance Department and is accountable for business strategy, sound financial and investment management, and highly effective operations.

Meredith joins YCCF from the County of York where she has worked since 2015 with increasing responsibilities in the finance and treasurer’s office.  Most recently she was tapped to be the CFO for the County overseeing the $660 million budget and had served on the County’s implementation team for strategic planning.  She has previous nonprofit and private sector business experience as well and was on the oversight team working with the County’s investment managers for their pension program. Meredith holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Meredith joins the YCCF team upon the retirement of George Dvoryak, former Vice President of Finance at YCCF since 2007.
