At the York County Community Foundation (YCCF) we are committed to creating a thriving York County where all can thrive. One way for you to join us in that effort is to Take the PA Giving Pledge.
What is the PA Giving Pledge? YCCF along with 40 other Community Foundations have joined together to promote the PA Giving Pledge. The PA Giving Pledge aims to inspire all Pennsylvanians to leave at least 5% of their estate to help future generations.
Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Community Foundation Association (PACFA), this campaign seeks to ensure that each of our communities may thrive now and into the future by leveraging the estimated $418 billion transfer of wealth projected by 2030. Statewide, if all Pennsylvanians committed to 5% of that collective wealth it would generate an astounding $21 billion to benefit Pennsylvania communities and causes forever.
In York County alone, an estimated $13 billion is anticipated to be transferred, and could result in more than $32 million in annual grants to support the programs and organizations that make York County a great place to live.
By committing to the PA Pledge, you would be providing a gift that supports a thriving York community for generations to come as well as creating a lasting legacy for you and your family.
