James Schaeffer, Accountant

Jim joined YCCF in the role of Accountant after an impressive thirty-year career at The Wolf Organization. In his prior role as Senior Corporate Accountant, Jim collaborated with his team to successfully complete year-end audits, bank reconciliations, lending reports, and oversaw migrations and diversification of bank accounts. Jim’s skillsets are a great asset to YCCF’s Finance team.

Jim looks forward to deepening his connections to the community through his work at the Foundation. He is a lifelong resident of York County and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Jim enjoys visiting with his children, vegetable gardening, and enjoys relaxing walks on the York County Rail Trail.
