York County Literacy Council-Hanover Endowment Fund

York County Literacy Council (YCLC) is dedicated to eliminating adult illiteracy in York County. YCLC offers Adult Reading and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, as well as volunteer opportunities and tutor trainings. Participation in the Greater Hanover Endowment conveys its long-term commitment to provide services to adults in the Hanover community. The endowment also assures active and potential contributors that giving to YCLC’s Greater Hanover Endowment will benefit their neighbors in need of literacy service.
