Tom and Joan Norris Fund for York County

York County Community Foundation created the Tom and Joan Norris Fund for York County when it honored the couple at its 2015 Donor Appreciation Event. Glatfelter, where Tom had worked and served as president for many years, generously gave the lead gift to the fund. Nearly 150 people came out to honor Tom and Joan, two pillars of our community and longtime friends of the Community Foundation. Tom refused to make it all about them, though. “We want to recognize the work of York County Community Foundation, and their dedication to the needs of our community,” he said in typical humble fashion.
