Russell and Eleanor Horn Foundation Fund

The Fund, created to encourage students to pursue religious studies, provides scholarships for York City School District students. “In my eyes, the world needs more morality and religion. I’ve been asking ‘what can we do?’ This Fund gave us a way to get something started,” Mr. Horn said. Mr. Horn, who continues an active interest in his church and community, is associated with Buchart-Horn, the firm he and Clair Buchart started 50 years ago. Mrs. Horn passed away in 1999.
