Rotary Club of York City Tree Fund

The York Rotary Club’s Preserve Planet Earth Committee (PPE) is pleased to partner with the Community Foundation to create the Rotary Club of York City Tree Fund. Rotary has planted 250 trees so far and hopes to plant at least 100 trees in York City each year in the future. The demand for trees in the city is so high that it made sense for Rotary to establish this endowment to help fund their efforts toward restoring the canopy in the city. Rotary plans to build this endowment with donations and matching gifts from community partners.
