Robert and Mabel Wolfgang Fund
Established in 1993
Caring for community institutions meaningful in their lives inspired the Wolfgangs to establish this Fund that benefits Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, York Little Theatre, The Salvation Army, and the YWCA of York. York has been home to the Wolfgangs, whose family started the D.E. Wolfgang Candy Co. in 1921, for more than 70 years. Mrs. Wolfgang died in 1996.
