Richard L. Beck Fund

Mr. Beck, a graduate of West York Area High School, created a designated fund through a bequest in his will to provide funds for the West York Dollars for Scholars Program. Thanks to Mr. Beck, the program’s capacity to create scholarships will increase by 30%.
