Randy Byrnes Girls Soccer Scholarship Fund

When Randy Byrnes retired from coaching the Girls Soccer Program at York Catholic High School, his family established this Fund in his honor. The Fund has attracted gifts from friends throughout the community to celebrate girls' soccer in York County and to provide scholarships for post secondary education for soccer players who have demonstrated exceptional qualities of teamwork, good sportsmanship, and personal commitment to achieve their potential. Byrnes helped create a girls soccer league in York County. Scholarship candidates are recommended by Dollars For Scholars chapters and York Catholic High School.
