Mr. Raymond "Butch" Cooper Memorial Scholarship Fund

Butch Cooper was a long-time resident of York City and a dedicated community member. He served countless hours as a volunteer basketball coach of men, women, and boys for many years at the York Salvation Army. His daughter, Kia S. Cooper, created this Fund to benefit York City Dollars for Scholars and to honor her father who was a father figure to many of York’s youth.
