Margaret Bailey and her sister, Claudia Bailey, provided through their estate plans for a fund at York County Community Foundation to benefit St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and Lutheran Social Services, South Region, for the benefit of the Shrewsbury Lutheran Village.
