Kevin Rice Memorial Fund

This Fund was established in 2001 by Linda and Joe Rice to honor the life of their young son who died tragically in an automobile crash. This part of the Fund is designated to support those places Kevin enjoyed – William Kain County Park, where he biked and worked at the boat launch, and York County Heritage Rail Trail.
