Imogene (Gene) and Elmer D. Kern Fund
Established in 1996
The Fund was established by Elmer Kern in memory of his wife to benefit Christ Lutheran Church (Dallastown). The Kerns joined the church when they came to York from Philadelphia in the 1940s. Over the years they enjoyed singing in the church choir, and Mrs. Kern was active in the church quilting club. Mr. Kern passed away early in 2004.
