Flo A. Rider Children's Fund
Established in 1998
Flo Rider’s love for children inspired the purpose for this memorial Fund created by her husband, Alvin A. Rider, following her death. “Aunt Flo,” as she was known, was devoted to her nieces and nephews and was a Sunday School teacher for 45 years. In her professional life, Mrs. Rider was a legal secretary for 50 years for W. Burg Anstine and his son, William B. Anstine, Jr. Mr. Rider advised grants from the Fund until his death in 2003.
