Dan and Trudy Waltersdorff Fund for York County

Dan and Trudy Waltersdorff love seeing the rebirth of downtown. Dan, a board director at the Community Foundation, was born in Spring Grove but visited downtown often and he’s very excited to see the City’s revitalization and experience all it has to offer. When Dan and Trudy decided to create their permanent legacy, they chose the Community Foundation’s Fund for York County because it matched their desire to have their charitable giving meet current and future community needs. “We recognize the changing needs of the community,” said Dan, “and this fund will fulfill our charitable intentions long after we’re gone, not just in York City but also county wide.”
