Charlotte R. and Ralph Westerman Fund
Established in 2004
Cornelia W. and William T. Wolf established this Fund to benefit the Columbia Public Library. The Fund memorializes Mrs. Wolf’s parents, who were born and raised in Columbia. “This Fund honors a set of parents we love very much,” Mrs. Wolf said.
