Charles E. & Berdella Emig Snyder Memorial Fund

The fund was created by Charles and Judy Snyder, Howard and Kay Snyder, and Fred and Susan Snyder Drenning in memory of their parents. “York County Community Foundation presents a way for us to honor our parents, permanently support special interests we share with them, and respond to community needs and opportunities – all at the same time,” the Snyder children said. An unrestricted portion of the Fund supports broad charitable needs in the community to which the Snyders were devoted. A portion of the Fund also benefits organizations with special meaning for the Snyder family – Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center and York City Dollars For Scholars.
