Charles and Adaline Frysinger Fund
Established in 2004
A bequest from the Estate of an anonymous donor has established this unrestricted Fund. The Fund will be used for grantmaking that responds to the changing needs of the community. The Board of York County Community Foundation will steward this generous legacy.
