C Wm Trout Fund

Annual grants from the C Wm Trout Fund support the expansion of Red Lion Area School District’s dental care program. The Fund was established by the late Mr. Trout in memory of his father, Dr. C.N. Trout, who helped start the District’s dental care program. A former Yorker who resided in Palm City, Florida, Mr. Trout was a real estate developer and investor. In his later years, he created two charitable remainder trusts that created a charitable fund to perpetuate his father’s interest in providing good dental care for children in the community where he practiced dentistry for many years.
