Andrea Miller Neiderer Memorial Scholarship Fund

This fund was established to honor the memory of Andrea Miller Neiderer and her son, Blaise who were tragically killed in an automobile accident while on their way to school. Andrea was a single mother who had recently enrolled at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) – York Campus to further her education. Her parents Charlie and Patty, and her brother, Ryan, hoped to create something meaningful from their loss by establishing a scholarship that will help a York County student, preferably a single mother, attend HACC – York Campus.
