Glatfelter Memorial Library Endowment Fund
Established in 1995
Organized in 1937, the Spring Grove Free Public Library had four locations before moving to its permanent facility in 1992. Renamed the Glatfelter Memorial Library, it was built with help from the Julia Sprenkle Estate, P.H. Glatfelter Co., state and municipal government, and the community. Eight thousand cardholders benefit from its programs, services, and learning materials. This portion of the fund includes the organization’s gifts.
