(YORK, PA, October 9, 2025) – York County Community Foundation (YCCF) had the pleasure of inducting Robert Clofine, CPA into its Professional Advisor Recognition Society on October 9. This prestigious award recognizes accountants, attorneys, financial planners, investment advisors, and trust officers for their efforts to promote charitable giving through YCCF’s endowment funds.

Robert joins twenty-eight other local professional advisors who have been inducted into the Professional Advisor Recognition Society since its inception in 2012. The award recognizes outstanding service, expertise, and dedication to enriching the community.

Robert is the founder of the award-winning Elder Law Firm of Robert Clofine. He is best known for his compassionate approach to long-term care planning and asset protection. Robert has mastered the strategy of seamlessly integrating legacy planning with charitable giving, to ensure a lasting impact that will be felt by many people for years to come.

YCCF’s annual Professional Advisor Seminar was attended by over 60 people at the Wyndham Garden York in West Manchester. The event featured guest speaker David Pierce, Assistant Professor of Insurance & CLU Program Director at The American College of Financial Services. David explored the ways in which professional advisors can integrate conversations about aging, death, and end-of-life planning into holistic wealth management. David is a 45-year veteran of the insurance and financial services industry, progressing through the ranks from Advisor to CEO and holds the O. Alfred Granum Chair in Practice Management and the Charles J. Zimmerman Chair in Life Insurance Education.
