Through a combination of grantmaking, advocacy and community leadership, YCCF is moving York County forward in education and workforce development.
YCCF focuses on improving children’s ability to succeed academically and reducing stresses that prevent them from coming to school each day ready to learn. Teaching children so they are well-prepared for life and work is the key to their future and the future of our community.
Connecting people to the resources and skills they need to have family-sustaining jobs will also build the pipeline for employers to have the highly qualified workforce they need.
