Meredith Schreffler, MBA, Vice President of Finance & Operations

Meredith serves as the Foundation’s Vice President of Finance & Operations. Meredith’s primary responsibilities include retaining the confidence of stakeholders by ensuring good stewardship of the funds entrusted to the Foundation; growing endowments for future generations; and sustaining high caliber customer service.  She also leads the Finance Department and is accountable for business strategy, sound financial and investment management, and highly effective operations.

Meredith joined YCCF from the County of York where she had worked since 2015. She has both nonprofit and private sector business experience. Most recently, she was tapped to be the CFO for the County to oversee the $660 million budget and served on the County’s implementation team for strategic planning.  Meredith also worked with the County’s investment managers for their pension program.

Meredith holds an MBA from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing on her deck and traveling. You can also find her bicycling on one of York County’s rail trails.
