Tom and Cindy Donley Family Fund
Established in 1997
The Fund was created by Tom and Cindy Donley “to perpetuate our family’s commitment to community giving and to educate our children about the importance of community service.” The Donleys’ charitable interests include parenting, literacy, libraries, community improvement, and religion. Mr. Donley was president of York County Chamber of Commerce.
