Emmanuel United Church of Christ Endowment Fund
Established in 2007
Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Hanover, was founded in 1765. The current sanctuary was dedicated in 1904. A downtown church, Emmanuel takes an active part in community life, both religious and social. Its congregation cares about its neighbors and participates in social welfare activities. “Our participation in the Community Foundation allows us to benefit both our church and York County,” said Linda McKonly, past Consistory President.
