Barbara E. Heaps Memorial Scholarship Fund

This Fund was established to memorialize Barbara, a Dallastown graduate. She had “a love of reading, an avid curiosity, and a love of life,” said her parents Ken and Judy Heaps. The Fund benefits graduates of Dallastown Area High School who are pursuing post-secondary education.
