Congratulate Our 2015 York Federal Fellows!

York County Community Foundation is pleased to announce that two local nonprofit leaders have been selected as York Federal Fellows for 2015. This year’s Fellows are Anne Druck, President, York County Convention & Visitors Bureau; and Jean Treuthart, CEO, YWCA of York. The nonprofit community leaders will receive fellowships of $5,000 each to complete professional and personal leadership development in the upcoming year. Congratulations to Anne and Jean!

The York Federal Foundation Fund of the Community Foundation launched the York Federal Fellows Program in Nonprofit Community Leadership and selected its first class of Fellows in 2006. This initiative allows leaders in the community to break new ground, learn new skills, and experiment with new approaches for leadership and professional development through a completely personalized and self-directed yearlong program. Both Anne and Jean will attend the Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership for the 21st Century: Chaos, Conflict and Courage.

In addition to the self-directed experience, Fellows participate in developmental meetings throughout their Fellowship year with previous Fellows who mentor and offer support in their yearlong journey.
