Richard and Carol Wagman Family Fund
Established in 1999
Rich and Carol Wagman learned first-hand about the benefits of a fund at the Community Foundation through their service as York County Community Foundation Board members. They created the Fund in 1999 “to give something back to the community” where they have raised their family and which is home to the Wagman family business founded in 1902. Mr. Wagman is Chairman/CEO of G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc. Carol, a former nurse, is an active community volunteer.
