(York, PA, February 23, 2026) – The York County Community Foundation (YCCF) is excited to welcome three new team members: Justin Keech, Robert (Bob) Bentley, and Lisa Gallagher.
“We are excited to welcome Justin to the Finance team and Bob and Lisa to our Development team. They bring fresh ideas and valuable experience that I am confident will help us continue to provide quality and professional service for our donors and community partners,” shared Natalee Gunderson, President & CEO of York County Community Foundation.
Justin Keech brings over ten years of experience in financial reporting as he assumes the role of Accountant at YCCF. In his prior roles, Justin successfully completed year-end audits, reconciled expense reports, and managed capital for large industrial firms. At the Foundation, Justin’s main responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including fund accounting, payroll administration, accounts payable – including grants payable, and compliance with nonprofit and regulatory requirements.
To continue growing endowed assets that support York County, YCCF has added two additional Gift Planning Officers to its Development department. Robert (Bob) Bentley and Lisa Gallagher will use their knowledge and skills to help donors meet their charitable and financial goals.
Bob has an extensive track record of meeting fundraising goals in his prior roles as Philanthropy Officer at WellSpan Health, Campaign Manager at United Way of York County, and Major Gift Officer at Millersville University. His ability to build relationships with donors and motivate them to make gifts led Bob to join the Foundation’s growing Development department.
Lisa Gallagher joins the Foundation with almost 30 years of experience in sales. In her most recent roles as Director of Operations for SAY Plastics, Inc., and Administrative Director at YMCA-Hanover, Lisa helped create and deliver data-driven strategic plans and capital campaigns. Her unique skills in helping increase revenue and foster an inclusive workplace culture inspired collaboration and clear communication during stressful events. A recent graduate of the U.S. Small Business Administration THRIVE Emerging Leaders Program, Lisa is a great addition to YCCF’s team.
