Lisa Gallagher, Gift Planning Officer

Lisa serves as Gift Planner Officer at YCCF, where she partners with donors and professional advisors to structure meaningful and strategic charitable gifts. She previously served as Director of Operations at her family’s manufacturing company, bringing a practical and relatable business background to her role. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Chester University and participated in the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined Program.

Lisa joined YCCF because she believes deeply in the power of philanthropy to strengthen communities and create lasting impact. As a native Hanoverian, she is passionate about investing in the place she calls home and helping create opportunities for future generations. Her experiences working at the Hanover YMCA and serving on the Hanover Public School District School Board reinforced her belief that strong community organizations are essential to building a vibrant, engaged community where individuals feel connected and supported.

Lisa is usually up before the sun, starting each day with a workout and an invigorating walk with friends before heading into the office. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog and loves traveling with her family, particularly to European destinations. Her passion for travel began in college when she spent a semester abroad, an experience that broadened her perspective and appreciation for global communities.

She is honored to help donors create lasting impact in the community she proudly calls home.
