Kathrine Goss, CPA, Controller

After an impressive thirty-year career at The Wolf Organization, Kathy joined the Foundation as Controller in July of 2025. In her prior position as Senior Vice President and Controller, Kathy played an integral role in fine-tuning and structuring accounting functions to support growth and operational efficiency.  With her wide-range of expertise and ability to see the big picture, Kathy will help ensure the complex entities used by YCCF’s Finance team are synergized to provide exceptional accounting support.

Kathy moved to York County in 1995, and after years of working in corporate accounting, she looks forward to contributing to the meaningful work of the Community Foundation.  “I am excited to use my knowledge and skills to help YCCF make a positive impact in our community.”

Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Public Accountants.

When she is not working, Kathy and her husband spend time hiking with their dogs, vacationing at national parks, and spending time with family. You can also find Kathy at the barn, spending time with her horse Rocky.
