Donnyce Younger, Grants Administrative Coordinator

With over eight years of administrative experience, Donnyce excels in streamlining operations, facilitating effective communication, and driving organizational success. Her ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions makes her a key asset in supporting YCCF’s mission to foster community growth and create positive change.

Donnyce is dedicated to advancing YCCF’s vision by optimizing administrative workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of the Foundation.

She earned her associate’s degree in Business Marketing at Harrisburg Area Community College, where she is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Known for her warm, detail-oriented work style, Donnyce thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.
