In a new position created by YCCF in 2025, Courtney Taylor assumed the role of Grants Program Officer, Community Partnerships. In this role, Courtney will lead the York County Nonprofit Collaborative to support capacity-building initiatives that strengthen nonprofits across the region. Driven by a passion for community-led change, Courtney is the ideal candidate to help build a stronger, more vibrant York County for current and future generations.

She brings a decade of experience from the Neubauer Family Office, where she supported education-focused grantmaking in support of principals in the Philadelphia area. Prior to that, she served as the Event Manager at the Philadelphia Business Journal and was a member of the Young Friends Advisory Council at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Art in Journalism and English Literature from the Pennsylvania State University and a certificate in nonprofit management from La Salle University.

She is inspired by people who come together to find creative solutions to shared challenges. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys trying new recipes, reading, quilting, exploring the local food scene, and spending time with her husband Jake and their rambunctious cat Tallulah.
