Established in 2001
Over the past several years, York County’s public libraries have come together to shape a common vision for library services to lead them into the 21st century. This vision inspired the York County Libraries Second Century Endowment Program to assure the health and vitality of York County’s public libraries, which provide information and resources for lifelong learning to nearly 150,000 library members throughout the county.
