Robert E. Horn Memorial Fund

The Robert E. Horn Memorial Fund was established by the Russell and Eleanor Horn Foundation to honor the memory of Russell and Eleanor’s youngest son, Robert E. Horn. The donor advised fund is being advised by Robert’s wife Carole and their three daughters, Christine, Patricia, and Allison, who all have ties to York County.
