Michael and Judy Rutter Fund

The Fund for York County is a natural fit for Michael and Judy Rutter. Their York County roots run deep: they are known for their dairy business and farm store that began as a retail dairy business in the 1920s. Michael and Judy established this fund to support the community in general, as well as Leg Up Farm and York County 4-H. Both Judy and Michael like the idea of everlasting giving. Judy fully supports the mission of Leg Up Farm. “It is a unique experience for children with challenges and is a great program that needs support,” says Judy. York County 4-H has been Michael’s passion since the age of 10. “It’s a great organization that supports farming,” says Michael. Both Judy and Michael are pleased to be able to “give back to the community for all they gave us over the years.”
