Margaret "Peggy" Knoch Memorial Fund

Peggy Knoch’s family and friends treasure the beautiful silver jewelry she created. “Mother learned a lot about herself through her artwork. This was her primary interest for many years,” her daughter Karen recalls. A major portion of the memorial Fund is devoted to advancing craftmanship in York County, including an interest in the work of the York Town Craft Guild. Peggy’s husband, H. Roebling Knoch, M.D., now deceased, created the fund in his wife’s memory. Designated portions of the Fund benefit Bynes Health Education Center, York College of Pennsylvania (for a nursing scholarship), and the YWCA of York (for Camp Cann-Edi-On).
