Joan and David Stauffer Jr. Fund
Established in 2001
Joan and David Stauffer created this Fund in 2001 so that they, and their children in years to come, can be actively involved in their family philanthropy. It is their wish that their Fund will continue to support causes they care deeply about – education and arts and culture – long after their family’s active involvement. They have entrusted this responsibility to York County Community Foundation. Mr. Stauffer is the fourth generation of the David F. Stauffer family that founded the D.F. Stauffer Bisc. Co. in 1871. He and his wife retired in 2003.
