Jack and Kitty Shorb Fund for York County

John J. (“Jack”) and Katherine P. (“Kitty”) Shorb have been long time supporters of YCCF and the York Community. Jack was a member of the YCCF Board from 1996 and at various times thereafter thru 2021. He also served as Legal Counsel to YCCF from May 2002 to 2013. In addition, he served in various leadership positions in the following York County Non Profit Organizations: United Way, Farm and Natural Lands Trust, Rotary and the York Bar Association. Kitty’s attention has been centered around raising and nurturing their 2 sons and teaching art for 22 years in the York County Public School System. Among the charitable organizations with leadership rolls, Kitty was involved with: the York YWCA, Camp Cann-Edi-On and Life Spectrums Spiritual Organization. The focus of Kitty’s community work for over a decade is Pet Therapy with their 2 therapy dogs, certified with Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
