Homewood Foundation Endowment Fund
Established in 2004
The Homewood Foundation established this Fund to provide an opportunity to York County residents to provide for those who need a little financial support to continue to live at Homewood with dignity. The Fund benefits residents of Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover. Homewood Retirement Centers’ mission is to provide compassionate, professional, and caring service and to enhance the quality of life for residents, clients, and co-workers.
