George W. W. Hummel Family Fund
Established in 1998
The Hummel Fund was created by a family whose York County roots go back to the 1700s. "We wanted to give something back to our community," said George Hummel. Grants from the Fund will be advised by the Hummel family. George Hummel and his wife, Cheryl, are the parents of two children, Alyssa Hummel Mummert and Nathan Hummel. Mr. and Mrs. Hummel are owners of Worden & Shewell.
