Eastern York Dollars For Scholars Endowment Fund
Established in 2001
Reflecting the district motto, “Striving for Excellence,” Eastern York Dollars For Scholars has quadrupled its scholarship awards since it was chartered in 1998. Nineteen seniors received scholarships in 2002, based on academic improvement, school and community involvement and school attendance. This endowment, established in 2001, will help the chapter achieve its goal to give all deserving Eastern York High School graduates an opportunity to further their education and enhance their lives.
