Fifty nonprofits joined York County Community Foundation on June 18 at The Yorktowne Hotel to meet with Ralph Serpe, CFRE, Vice President of Development, Baltimore Community Foundation. Ralph’s presentation, Foreseeing Your Endowment’s Future: There’s No Crystal Ball, helped nonprofit staff and board members to review their current planned giving and endowment building programs and work toward identifying, cultivating, and soliciting prospective endowment donors.
Serpe oversees the development, philanthropic services, and communications work of Baltimore Community Foundation.
