SCHOLARSHIPS

York County Community Foundation offers support for the academic success of York County students through scholarships along three major avenues.

The majority of our scholarships are awarded through the thirteen York County Dollars for Scholars chapters with whom we partner. Application for these scholarships is made directly through the local Dollars for Scholars chapter directly affiliated with the high school the applicant attends.

The Community Foundation also oversees several scholarship funds that are targeted for a specific field of study or to students attending a specific institution.

Lastly, some of our donors have established funds to benefit a specific institution for scholarship or educational support. If a student at that particular institution would like to be considered for scholarship opportunity they should contact the institution directly.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Opportunities Scholarship Program In an effort to serve a broader spectrum of the community the York County Community Foundation expanded its scholarship program to include York County students in kindergarten through 12th grade. READ MORE INFORMATION
